Thank you for shopping with Thilakma. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within Sri Lanka only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Fees
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The following rates apply:

| 1 kg – 2 kg | LKR 300 |
| 2 kg – 3 kg | LKR 350 |
| 3 kg – 4 kg | LKR 400 |
| 4 kg – 5 kg | LKR 450 |
| 5 kg – 6 kg | LKR 500 |
| 6 kg – 7 kg | LKR 550 |
| 7 kg – 8 kg | LKR 600 |
| 8 kg – 9 kg | LKR 650 |
| 9 kg – 10 kg | LKR 700 |
For orders exceeding 10 kg, please contact us at info@thilakma.com for a custom shipping quote.
Store Pickup
Some products are available for store pickup only and are not eligible for delivery. This will be clearly indicated on the product page. Pickup is available at our location at 588 Negombo Road, Ragama 11010, Sri Lanka.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Taxes
Delivery fees are not subject to additional taxes.
